Cold Wax & Oil painting workshops

cold wax medium...
Ancient and intriguing, this luscious and tactile medium fosters versatility. Its translucent qualities allow light to penetrate into the surface, emphasizing rich and vibrant colour, depth and tone.

Colours, layering, lifting, scraping, gouging, stenciling, mark-making, drawing and relief will be explored utilizing cold wax medium, oil paint, loose pigments and alternative tools including brayers, brushes, knives, scrapers and squeegees.
